The house is located in a beautiful location in Fiesa (Piran), above the cliffs of Piran. It offers beautiful views of the bay of Fiesa, Strunjan and Trieste. The house is located in a quiet area that offers peace and space to relax. Due to the large garden and enough natural shade, it is suitable for families with children. Guests are expected to make no noise after 10pm and not to hold loud parties.

The house has been newly renovated and refurbished. It also has a heating system, making it suitable for year-round living. It has 2 bedrooms, with a total of 7 beds.

The beach, located under a cliff on the north side of the Piran peninsula, is about 130 m away from the house, about a 3 minute walk along the path used by the neighbors. Along the beach there is a promenade that connects Fiesa and Piran, and also leads on to Bernardino and Portorož. The center of Piran is about 10 minutes away. To get to the lake in Fiesa, you need about 5 minutes walk.

Piran also has an interesting museum of underwater activities and magical shells and aquariums. From Piran you can also go by catamaran to Venice or visit Postojna Cave or Škocjan Caves, which are about 40-50 km away from the accommodation.
